SIX-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

APPLICATOR SYSTEMS manufactures flexible heated hoses that, with proper installation and maintenance, will give years of service. APPLICATOR SYSTEMS original equipment replacement hoses are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from installation date. This limited warranty applies to all new hoses.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

The hose is guaranteed for 6 months from the installation date. The warranty card included with your hose must be filled out and returned within 14 days of start-up.

If a hose is returned for warranty repair and if there's no card on file, the warranty will be effective on the ship date.

NON-WARRANTABLES DEFECTS:

Most sensors will fail instantly if power is accidentally attached to the leads. Make sure wiring is correct when installing the hose. All hoses with sensor failure due to this situation will NOT be covered by warranty.

Leaks in the house caused by damaged to the core assembly due to improper installation or over-tightening are not considered to be a warrantable condition. Refer to the installation and maintenance page for helpful hints on extending hose service life.

Torn sleeving or insulation is not warrantable, but can be easily repaired.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

A. APPLICATOR SYSTEMS warrants that, at the time of shipment, the products repaired or supplied by APPLICATOR SYSTEMS hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

B. WARRANTY ADJUSTMENT: (1) Buyer shall notify APPLICATOR SYSTEMS immediately if a defect covered by this warranty manifests itself; (2) APPLICATOR SYSTEMS agrees that for the stated warranty period following installation of a product, it will repair or replace any product or component thereof which is determined by APPLICATOR SYSTEMS to be defective.

C. EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY: (1) The following warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other expressed or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular uses; (2) Under no circumstances shall APPLICATOR SYSTEMS be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or losses.

APPLICATOR SYSTEMS' responsibility for transportation under this warranty is limited to charges for delivery of repaired unit via the least expensive transportation to the purchaser in the Continental United States only. Payment for shipment of parts or units to APPLICATOR SYSTEMS is the responsibility of the purchaser.

APPLICATOR SYSTEMS' liability under this warranty for the normal use of the equipment does in no way extend to any losses caused by delays or any expense for labor, supplies, machine rental, or loss or damages to crops or other property. APPLICATOR SYSTEMS will not be responsible for repair of units that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, accident, or negligent use, nor for repairs made by an unauthorized person or with parts other than those provided by APPLICATOR SYSTEMS.

The use of these products is under exclusive control of the purchaser and APPLICATOR SYSTEMS specifically denies any responsibility for the calibration of units and/or accuracy of the work performed. Accurate calibration is the responsibility of the user. No warranty is expressed or implied to guarantee merchantability or fitness of units for any particular purpose.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and constitutes all of APPLICATOR SYSTEMS' liability in respect to merchandise sold by it.
